China Creek

This home is located in the hills of New Castle and lies within the China Creek development. The community was built in 1994 before the city was incorporated. It host some of the nicest homes around even though it is one of the oldest. This home in particular needed an update – and an update it got. The renovation was done in 2 phases as it was a very large job and financial considerations has to be taken into consideration. The areas of renovation were the laundry room, kitchen, dining room, living room, study, and upstairs master bedroom. The kitchen got an entire makeover with all brand new, high end cabinets and hardware to match. New appliances, windows, sliding door and tile. All rooms were demolished and redone as well. Hardwood floors were sanded down and re-stained. The master bedroom bath was extended to increase usability and got all new cabinets, hardware, along with new shower and stand alone tub.
